Remote Dictionary Administration Service
As part of an on-going partnership with clients, EasyAsk offers a dictionary maintenance subscription service to ensure the dictionary continues to support the growing needs of our client’s user base. Using the advanced dictionary deployment management features of EasyAsk, trained Dictionary Administrators can automatically monitor search results and provide dictionary improvements as required. With this service, EasyAsk can continually enhance and make dictionary updates to ensure a successful search experience for our client’s customers.

Maintenance services are available via Web or phone, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (ET), with Web access to report problems and monitor status 24 hours per day, every day of the year. Support packages may vary depending on the level of maintenance purchased.
